Canola Farm HDR

HDR picture of a canola farm in Kent, in the southern part of England. The rape seed farm is vast and the plant are used to make Canola Oils. Do you know that Canola comes from the word "Canadian Oil, Low Acid"? It was name as such because the vast planting of rape seed is started in Canada and the rape seed itself has a low count of Erucic Acid.
